Update Social Security Number in RealStaff

To Update an Employee’s Social Security Number:

  1. From the RealStaff main menu, click on the Emp/Hrs/Payroll tab.
  1. Select Employee > Change Employee SSN
  1. Locate the employee’s name. Double click on the employee’s name or highlight it and click the Select button.
  1. Add the New Social Security Number and click on the OK-Change it now button.
  1. Update successful message will show when the change is complete.
