From the RealStaff main menu, click on
Maintenance >> Employee >> Web Portal Management >> Manage Employee Logins
On the Web Logins window, click on the Login Name Maintenance button.
On the Change Web Login Name window, select the employee and click on the Change login name button.
On the next window, enter the new login name and click on the Ok button to save.
Complete.
